Oversaw and managed inventory for thousands of digital assets for over 70+ clients including Google, LinkedIn, & Amazon.

Worked with the Production team to create a customized landscape with a third-party vendor for the Sponsorship team.

Liaison and lead on communications between Content, Production, and Marketing Departments and established workflow and organized all processes.

Managed all deadlines, deliverables, and scheduling for teams and clients.

Developed all tracking processes, workflows, and built the team foundation to ensure success.

Created social and email campaigns and collected all assets from 30+ Sponsors.

Hired by XD Agency for the Red Bull Peach Treehouse event at New Realm Brewery. Produced a live event open to the public for a special spring release of Peach Red Bull. Assisted a team of producers to run daily logistics throughout event. Worked with local vendors & team to create a dynamic experience for attendees. Collaborated with local Slug Agency and assisted with art installs and preserving artwork throughout activation.

Role: Project Manager | February - April 2018

Hired by On Point Creative and managed onsite team for installation of new Red Bull HQ office in Atlanta, GA. Worked with the crew throughout the design process to create a localized environment. Oversaw budget and allocated costs towards materials, crew, and design implementation. Worked directly with Red Bull ambassadors to deliver their vision to completion.

Role: Production Manager - Fabrication Team

July - August 2018

Hired by On Point Creative to manage crew to stage backstage, decor, & production offices for Red Bull Music Culture Clash. Worked directly with Red Bull team to create an intimate backstage experience for VIP members and talent during the event with 3,000+ in attendance. Oversaw production team in decor/fabrication department and responsible for providing ambient backstage areas for all departments and talent. Hired and managed production crew. Worked closely with vendors on-site to create a unique experience. Collaborated with fabrication team to make custom-designed keepsakes for VIPs and industry tastemakers.

Roles: Artist Relations Manager & Production Manager

October - November 2018

Worked with Director and Creative Producer at Moogfest to produce "Human and the Machine" a live event in Athens, GA.

Managed artist relations needs for the project including all transportation, lodging, fulfilling hospitality riders, and advancing with artists.

Liaison between artists and Moogfest Director. Helped with day-of logistics of the event throughout multiple venues and stages.

Worked with artists: Michael Stipe, Deantoni Parks, Author and Punisher, Kishi Bashi, Tall Tall Trees, and many more.

Role: Production Manager - Fabrication Team

April - May 2018

Hired by On Point Creative. Worked directly with the Shaky Knees festival partners and C3 Presents (Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, Voodoo Music + Arts, etc.).

Hired and managed multiple departments with over 35 crew members over the course of the festival. Staged over forty areas including all dressing rooms, VIP areas, artist lounges, viewing decks, and bars. Functioned as liaison for the Festival Director, Hospitality, Artist Relations, Cleaning Vendors, and VIP Operations to ensure tasks were completed for festival attendees and 200+ artists (Jack White, David Byrne, Queens of the Stone Age, Ludacris, and more). Fulfilled hospitality riders to ensure Tour Management and artists were equipped with all needed decor and furniture requests. Oversaw operating budget and came in below estimated costs upon completion for a festival of 20k attendance.

Role: Main Stage Production Manager | August 2018

Hired by C3 Presents as Platinum Viewing Area Host for Main Stage at Lollapalooza Music Festival in Chicago. Worked with 70+ crew members to ensure tasks were completed under strict deadlines.

Oversaw the VIP area for Main Stage & Platinum Areas for guests. Created a meaningful and memorable experience for Platinum guests at Lollapalooza, an event with 400,000 attendees.

Role: Production Manager - Fabrication Team

February - April 2019

Hired by On Point Creative as Project Manager of fabrication team in collaboration with C3 Productions and Edelman Public Relations Company for an 11 acre outdoor activation at Mercedes-Benz Stadium: Home Depot Backyard.

Hired and managed 25+ crew members and oversaw build for a large trade show for Home Depot. Worked with 20+ vendors and freight companies to coordinate large shipments of inventory. Responsible for receiving and distribution of 1000+ pieces of inventory and product placement onsite. Lead liaison to vendors: Toro, Ryobi, Milwaukee, Makita, Husky, Weber Grills, and more. Assisted vendors with all onsite needs including forklifts, moffetts, and sourcing all needed materials. Worked under tight deadlines to execute event from inception to completion. Worked with Event Producer to ensure all fabrication needs were delivered seamlessly for client.

Hired by On Point Creative as Production Manager for Atlanta’s A3C Festival & Conference. Staged all backstage spaces for performers, talent, and sponsors. Staged several green rooms for talent, sponsored spaces (Toyota Music Factory, Don Julio, North Face) and setup Platinum area for 100+ VIP ticket holders.

Managed and directed crew for all staging areas. Oversaw tracking and placement of all inventory before, during, and after festival. Responsible for working with the venue to source production equipment for installations for setup. Worked with the festival director and lead producer of decor team to achieve aesthetic throughout all areas.

Hired by The XD Agency. Assisted lead producers with on-set logistics and managing vendors.

Oversaw staging set design elements with furniture vendors.

Fulfilled hospitality riders and staged green room for major national talent. Managed team of production assistants to fulfill daily logistics and all artist relation needs throughout event.

Hired by Savannah Stopover as venue lead at the incredible El Rocko Lounge in Savannah, GA. Fulfilled several roles including: stage manager, artists relation manager, and advancing with artists. Responsible for 15+ bands on stage and all handling logistics to ensure all artists requests were met.

Hired by On Point Creative to manage team for several art installs for Owl-O-Ween. A local hot air balloon festival at Kennesaw State University Sports Complex over 50k attendees. 

Worked with the Operations Manager of Kennesaw State University to execute logistics throughout the event. Oversaw the production team to install and de-install of large set elements. Created production schedule, hired crew, and worked with an audio-visual company to install lighting. Liaison to aerialist company to communicate day-of logistics.

Hired by On Point Creative to run logistics for Virginia Highland Summerfest Music Festival. Produced music festival and managed all backstage needs including hospitality for 30+ artists. Oversaw artist relations and worked directly with Virgina Highland Association to achieve aesthetic for the festival.

Hired & managed crew to furnish green rooms and ensure sure all hospitality riders were met. Worked as Stage Manager during the festival. Implemented all bands stage plots with AV company to fulfill all requests over two stages.

Role: Production Coordinator | August 2017

Hired by the incredible IAMSOUND Los Angeles-based creative agency & record label. Assisted the team to produce “Endless Summer” a bi-coastal, five-city event that wrapped in Atlanta, GA.

Coordinated logistics for all departments/talent: hosts, venue staff, producers, and local talent. Assembled set design pieces & art installs throughout the venue.

Hired by Shorty Pics Productions as Production Manager for "Crafted" Documentary (2015) directed by Morgan Spurlock. Responsible for transporting crew, supplying crafty, running errands, handling & sourcing equipment, and managing paperwork. Functioned as Lead Producer right hand to ensure completion of daily tasks on set and reconcilation.
